A family lives in the heart of the Moroccan desert, where the son dreams about leaving for the seaside and becoming a fisherman. The father, a gravedigger, wants his son to take care of his dying mother. The mother wants her family to be together and be happy. This is the portrait of a family struggling between their own desires and the reality of their situations.
