Noémie Duclos, is a graduate of the Cinema course at the University of Performing Arts in Paris 8, Saint-Denis.
In 2017, she participated in a nine-month civic service at the documentary school of Lussas where she was in charge of cultural mediation.
In 2018, Noémie enrolled at the Institut Supérieur des Arts, INSAS, in Brussels, and graduated with a Master's degree in Production Management.
Concurrently, Noémie held the position of Production Manager on various fiction and documentary short films. An activity that she continues today on web-series, clips, fiction films and creative documentaries.
In 2019, she was the Production Manager on the 16mm film Nuits sans sommeil by director Jérémy van der Haegen, produced by Neon Rouge Production.
Subsequently, in 2020, she officially joined the Neon Rouge team as a Production Manager. To date, she has worked on: Sur le Fil du Zénith (2021), The Shape, Dent pour Dent....
